به گزارش میلاد لارستان به نقل از ایرنا؛ رئیس دانشگاه آزاد اوز گفت:شیخ عبدالعزیز محمدصالح العوضی که برای بیست ونهمین دوره همایش وحدت اسلامی از سوی دولت جمهوری اسلامی به ایران دعوت شده بود در راه بازگشت به مصر از شهر زادگاه آبا واجدادی خویش یعنی اوز بازدید ودر جمع مسئولان دانشگاه ازاد اسلامی اوز شرکت کرد.

عبدالعزیز خضری افزود : استاد مصری ضمن تمجید از رهبری ودولت جمهوری اسلامی ساخت ساختمان دانشگاه آزاد وغیره را نشانگر دانش مردم دانست.

Attempt side sleeping. Many people with sleep apnea are used to sleeping on their backs. When you sleep on your back it can cause your throat and mouth tissues to impede your airways. Instead, you should sleep on your side and that can help your breathe much better. Put a pillow on your side if you always find yourself moving around during sleep.

Consider an alternative sleep apnea flower remedy therapy (also known as essence therapy). Vervain is used in this treatment for its calming and relaxing effects. This can help treat your symptoms, including insomnia problems associated with your apnea. As an added bonus, it also helps reduce overall stress and lower high blood pressure.

Avoid any type of drugs or alcohol if you are experiencing any type of sleep apnea. Drugs and alcohol will slow down your respiratory system, and that is known to be one of the causes of sleep apnea. If you are struggling with this issue, try to get some professional help to overcome these addictions.

People who use alcohol, sedatives, and sleeping pills are far more likely to suffer from sleep apnea. This is because these drugs will relax the throat and cause their breathing to be impaired. Using these drugs before bedtime is more likely to cause sleep apnea than using these drugs during the day.
